What are we whipping up next?
Our organization is fully committed to advance the Cookery Collection in any way possible. After doing some initial analysis based on data collected during the first year of public access of the collection, we hope to provide a more thorough plan of what may come. Future endeavors include collections from other regions throughout the world within our collection so that we have a little taste of every countries tasty treats. If our kitchen tools and in-house demos go well, we plan to expand our outreach further within the community by acquiring more tools and more advanced instruction.
